Being A Chauffeur

Like most of us in the limousine business, I spend most of my time in the field. I really enjoy chauffeuring our guests. It gives me insight into why they use us, how they find us and what trends are in the local industry.

It reminds me of why I started doing this in the first place. I always tell newer chauffeurs that they have to remember that they are hospitality professionals and this is their career. Sometimes we as mentors and managers have to remind our people that when they think they belong in the back seat, it's time to move on.

We have to always remember that if we're not serving the guest or serving those who serve the guest, we're in the wrong business.
